[analogue fever / subcultural noise]
otoko to onna no aida niha shashinki ga aru' (there is a camera between a man and a woman) is a collection of photo and textual essays published in various magazines from 1974 - 1977 by the prolific japanese photographer, nobuyoshi araki. it was first published in 1978, but in 1991 a second edition was released – complete with a silver metallic obi band. this copy is the (much cooler) second edition.
author: Nobuyoshi Araki
year: 1991
condition: archival grade / near mint
librarian's note: essential araki. a study of kinbaku + the ephemeral nature of desire. a rare Japanese print reflecting the artist's raw, unmediated gaze.
straight from the rat hole 2 u.
